Standard customization follows seven stages and typically takes around 60 days. Complex products are assessed according to structural and R&D requirements. Mass production follows the ISO quality management system and includes a 3-month warranty.

Custom Service

1. 定制流程與週期

In addition to our existing nebular light designs, we also offer custom services. The process is as follows: custom requirements communication → design confirmation → cost approval → tooling construction → sample making → testing and optimization → sample approval. The entire cycle is typically 60 days, but longer if the product structure is complex. Subsequent mass production follows the ISO quality management system and comes with a 3-month warranty.

2. Simple Customization

Logo Printing: Single color printing; Multi-color/Special process. AI/EPS format files required.

Product Color: Basic color, special color and process

Custom Color Box: All right-angled box, PDQ, cut case

Custom Instruction Manual: Single or Multiple Color printing

3. 樣品政策

Sample Fee: Samples can be provided for testing and quality inspection after confirmation of cooperation intention. Sample fees will be quoted separately based on specific customization requirements.

Sample Fee Refund: Sample fees can be fully refunded after order placing

Sample or Prototype Lead-time: Around 3-5 working days for current design samples. Small batch of customization sampling takes approximately 7-10 days.

Sample Quantity: Minimum order of 1 piece; mixed samples are supported.

4. Deeply Customization and Quality Assurance

Complete Redesign: Product appearance and interaction can be customized, but the core projection technology needs to be adjusted within the existing framework, requiring additional R&D costs if needed.

Quality Certification: All products have passed CE, FCC, and RoHS certifications, and the production process is strictly controlled.

Intellectual Property: An Intellectual Property Agreement will be signed before cooperation. Our design has been patented, protecting the rights of both parties.

物流與售後

Standard production lead time is 30–40 days, subject to order volume and mutual agreement.
Quotations are based on FOB Shenzhen unless otherwise agreed.
For quality issues within 7 days of receipt, please provide supporting materials; replacement, refund, or compensation is handled according to the contract.
A 3-month warranty applies to non-human-caused damage. Technical issues receive a response within 48 hours, with 24/7 support by phone, WeChat, and email.

付款、合同與認證支援

Large orders support bank wire transfer (T/T): 30% deposit on contract signing and 70% balance after mass-production approval. Small sample and courier fees can be paid via PayPal.
Contracts define acceptance standards, delivery, payment, intellectual property, and liability. An IP agreement can be signed before cooperation.
After cooperation, we provide product photos, videos, and certification documents free of charge. Products hold RoHS, FCC, and CE certifications, and we can assist with additional certification.
Exclusive agency cooperation is available under a formal agreement covering territory, annual targets, and rebate policy.
