1. 맞춤 제작 절차 및 일정

In addition to our existing nebular light designs, we also offer custom services. The process is as follows: custom requirements communication → design confirmation → cost approval → tooling construction → sample making → testing and optimization → sample approval. The entire cycle is typically 60 days, but longer if the product structure is complex. Subsequent mass production follows the ISO quality management system and comes with a 3-month warranty.

2. Simple Customization

Customization Items

Logo Printing: Single color printing; Multi-color/Special process. AI/EPS format files required.

Product Color: Basic color, special color and process

Custom Color Box: All right-angled box, PDQ, cut case

Custom Instruction Manual: Single or Multiple Color printing

3. 샘플 정책

Sample Fee: Samples can be provided for testing and quality inspection after confirmation of cooperation intention. Sample fees will be quoted separately based on specific customization requirements.

Sample Fee Refund: Sample fees can be fully refunded after order placing

Sample or Prototype Lead-time: Around 3-5 working days for current design samples. Small batch of customization sampling takes approximately 7-10 days.

Sample Quantity: Minimum order of 1 piece; mixed samples are supported.

4. Deeply Customization and Quality Assurance

Complete Redesign: Product appearance and interaction can be customized, but the core projection technology needs to be adjusted within the existing framework, requiring additional R&D costs if needed.

Quality Certification: All products have passed CE, FCC, and RoHS certifications, and the production process is strictly controlled.

Intellectual Property: An Intellectual Property Agreement will be signed before cooperation. Our design has been patented, protecting the rights of both parties.
