Proceso y cronograma de personalización

Standard customization follows seven stages and typically takes around 60 days. Complex products are assessed according to structural and R&D requirements. Mass production follows the ISO quality management system and includes a 3-month warranty.

Personalización flexible

Logo y marca

Single-color, multi-color and special-process logo printing. AI/EPS artwork is required.

Color y apariencia

Basic color adjustment plus special colors and finishes, including fluorescent and metallic paint.

Empaque y manual

Custom color boxes, PDQ/display packaging, and single- or multi-color instruction manuals.

Personalización profunda

Product appearance and interaction can be deeply customized; core projection technology is adapted within the existing framework, with additional R&D when needed.

  • Samples are available for testing and quality inspection after cooperation intent is confirmed; fees are quoted by customization requirement.
  • Sample fees can be fully refunded against a subsequent formal order.
  • Current-design samples usually take 3–5 working days; small-batch PCBA customization samples take around 7–10 days.
  • MOQ starts from one piece and mixed samples are supported.

Logística y posventa

  • Standard production lead time is 30–40 days, subject to order volume and mutual agreement.
  • Quotations are based on FOB Shenzhen unless otherwise agreed.
  • For quality issues within 7 days of receipt, please provide supporting materials; replacement, refund, or compensation is handled according to the contract.
  • A 3-month warranty applies to non-human-caused damage. Technical issues receive a response within 48 hours, with 24/7 support by phone, WeChat, and email.

Soporte de pago, contrato y certificación

  • Large orders support bank wire transfer (T/T): 30% deposit on contract signing and 70% balance after mass-production approval. Small sample and courier fees can be paid via PayPal.
  • Contracts define acceptance standards, delivery, payment, intellectual property, and liability. An IP agreement can be signed before cooperation.
  • After cooperation, we provide product photos, videos, and certification documents free of charge. Products hold RoHS, FCC, and CE certifications, and we can assist with additional certification.
  • Exclusive agency cooperation is available under a formal agreement covering territory, annual targets, and rebate policy.
